Pop-up
For the 9th edition of Paris Internationale, We are Ona and Crosby Studios have created a unique pop-up installation on the 6th and 7th floors of our Grands Boulevards building.
Inspired by the backstage world of catering, the installation pays tribute to dishwashing areas and hidden kitchens, in a minimalist setting that blurs the lines between reality and off-screen. The menu is created by guest chef Dalad Kambhu, who has a Michelin star in Berlin for her Thai restaurant Kin Dee.
